What is the ecological footprint of my lunch? What ingredients are in it? At the first remote AOE Hackathon 2022, the first version of a digital food passport for the AOE Meals Tool, our in-house tool for daily meal selection, was created in just 1.5 days. A first step towards maximum transparency and sustainable optimization of our kitchen.
