Hi, we are Martin, Dominik & Marc and together we are responsible for Cloud and DevOps architecture at AOE. We advise and support our new and existing customers in cloud migrations and the implementation of a high-performance DevOps organization. Sounds exciting? As a team, we treat each other openly and respectfully. We like to discuss things but in a focused way and always at eye level. We support each other and find it important to learn with and from each other, for example, in pair programming or in our cross-project DevOps Community of Practice, which takes place every Friday. At AOE, we make sure that the DevOps tech stack is kept up to date and that our tech radar is state-of-the-art.
As a team, we work independently and use agile methods to organize our work. Some of the team members are in the office in Wiesbaden once a week, but most of the time we work remotely.
