Working Student Design (m/f/d), Wiesbaden

We – Denis and Annika from the Design team, along with Sara, Anna, Jakob, and Robert from the Marketing team – are on the lookout for a trend-savvy and communicative individual!

Can't decide between design and marketing? With us, you get the best of both worlds. You'll have the opportunity to work in both the Design and Marketing teams, contributing at the exciting intersection of creativity and strategy. You’ll help us strengthen AOE's brand and get involved in exciting marketing campaigns. This means you'll not only refine your eye for design but also develop your conceptual skills in marketing.

We work fully remotely and self-organized – what connects us is our shared passion for AOE and the joy of bringing cool ideas to life. We regularly meet (at least once a month!) in our Wiesbaden office – whether it’s for brainstorming, seeking inspiration, or just relaxing. Whether we're on our rooftop terrace, at after-work events, or during one of our team activities. You'll enjoy maximum freedom, flexibility, responsibility, and a steep learning curve. Always by your side, a team of fun personalities and experienced professionals will work closely with you every step of the way

Your job

• You serve as the creative bridge between our Design and Marketing teams, bringing fresh ideas to both
• You will design visual content for our platforms, social media, and marketing campaigns – from graphics and layouts to flyers
• You will contribute to the conceptualization and design of UI/UX elements for our digital products
• By seamlessly integrating design and marketing, you will help to evolve and strengthen our brand identity

What you bring along

• You are currently studying Graphic Design, Media Design, Communication Design, or a similar field
• You have some experience with brand systems and are familiar with corporate design and applying brand guidelines consistently
• You know terms like color profiles and crop marks, and you have a basic understanding of how to prepare print products
• You’ve started using design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or Figma, and you have a basic grasp of UX/UI design
• You’re a good communicator, organized, and not afraid to share your ideas.
• You are fluent in both German and English
