Working Student: Business Development – Focus on Artificial Intelligence (m/f/d), Wiesbaden

Are you curious to learn how innovative ideas turn into real customer projects - and what it takes to win over clients with AI topics in a B2B context?

Our Business Development team pitches our solutions, inspires clients, and ensures AOE’s pipeline stays full. As a working student, you’ll support us in generating leads, preparing pitches, and helping position AI-driven projects for success.

Along the way, you’ll gain hands-on insight into how innovative AI solutions are developed and marketed, and how B2B sales for AI products really works - from lead generation to closing the deal. You’ll collaborate closely with experienced AI and business experts, help organize and run AI events and workshops, and hone your storytelling and presentation skills. You’ll also work with cutting-edge AI tools and platforms (e.g., n8n, OpenWebUI, RAG, DevX Platform) - and your own ideas are welcome.

Your job

• Ensure everything runs smoothly at meetings, pitches, and events related to AI — from preparing materials to keeping things on track
• Support the preparation and follow-up of meetings, workshops, and pitches — both organizationally and in terms of content
• Help organize and deliver AI-related events and workshops
• Create case studies and success stories based on our pilot implementations in AI workflow automation
• Develop targeted sales materials and presentations for demos of our workflow automation solutions

What you bring along

• You are enrolled in a degree program such as Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• You have hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and know how to leverage their potential
• You’re proficient in PowerPoint and ideally familiar with tools like Miro or Canva
• You work conscientiously, are well organized, and have an eye for detail
• You have excellent German and good English skills
