Test Manager (m/f/d), Wiesbaden/Remote

As a test manager (m/f/d) in your agile team, you will make a significant contribution to the quality of our project success. Numerous exciting and varied tasks await you across the entire software lifecycle - from kick-off to go-live - and beyond. Alone and together with your team, you will create interesting, innovative software solutions at the highest technical and qualitative level.

Your job

• You are responsible for the development of test strategies and plans, as well as the testing of NFRs in coordination with your team and QA colleagues of the customer
• You work as an interface in close exchange with the POs and your software development colleagues
• You organize and conduct joint test sessions with various participants
• You organize and create the documentation for approval and acceptance processes
• You write your own test cases and carry out both automated and manual tests independently
• You advise our customers on site if necessary

What you bring along

• You have several years of practical experience in the field of software testing
• You ensure that you regularly communicate with your team and the team members of the QA customer team about the progress made
• You have a comprehensive understanding of the various test forms
• You bring your strong communication skills to bear both in customer contact and in collaboration with your team colleagues. For you, this means being able to listen just as well as proactively suggesting solutions
• You have an excellent technical understanding, strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
• You are business fluent in written and spoken German and English
