Team Lead Finance & Accounting (m/w/d), Wiesbaden

Would you like to take on responsibility and are you ready to help shape the financial structures of a growing company?
As team leader, you are the central point of contact for all matters relating to Group-wide finance. You are responsible for the interface between Accounting and Group Controlling. You will not only manage our accounting team (currently 3 people), but also work closely with Group Controlling to optimize the integration of our financial processes.

Your job

• You set up and design structures within the finance group
• You develop and implement accounting standards for the entire Group
• You take on the interface function between Accounting and Group Controlling
• You are responsible for integrating new subsidiaries into the existing accounting and reporting system
• You introduce a treasury system
• You accompany the company's growth and ensure compliance with financial standards
• You coordinate annual audits and tax audits and are the contact person for these

What you bring along

• Completed business studies degree or a comparable qualification, e.g. training as an accountant
• Several years of experience in finance, ideally in a medium-sized company or group environment
• Experience in leading a team
• Very good knowledge of DATEV and confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• High sense of responsibility and the ability to manage complex tasks independently
• German language skills at native speaker level and very good written and spoken English skills
