Your job

• You are responsible for the technical implementation of customer requirements in existing systems and new customer projects
• You support our customers with configuration checks, creation and roll-out of installation packages, matching CI/CD pipelines (mainly in Gitlab CI) and corresponding documentation for the customers
• You ensure regular updates, upgrades and code updates in Java, build Docker images and support the customer with deployments. You also evaluate and inform the customer about important changes and security fixes
• You take over the integration of new customer projects (depending on experience from the beginning or step by step), ensure that existing customer applications continue to run optimally and ensure that the Keycloak integration remains up to date for existing customers
• You actively participate in the continuous development of our update processes and independently implement solutions to customer problems
• You work with our team to further develop Keycloak integrations for our customers and contribute your experience and knowledge

What you bring along

• You have gained practical experience in software development with Java, know how to set up CI/CD pipelines, build Docker images and are familiar with Docker compose
• You have experience in the field of authentication and authorization protocols and ideally have gained initial practical experience with protocols such as OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.x, SAML 2.0 or products in the Okta, Auth0, Ping Identity, Forgerock, etc. environment
• If you already have some experience with Keycloak, that would be great, but what's more important to us is that you are willing to learn it
• You enjoy solving a wide range of problems, you also like to think outside the box and work out solutions independently
• You like variety in your tasks, can adapt flexibly to unpredictability in the project business and value teamwork
• You speak German at native speaker level and are fluent in English
• You are keen to work in a start-up and would like to become part of our Bare.ID community
