With your expertise, you will contribute to the development of innovative customer solutions, the successful implementation of AI projects and the targeted further development of our AI expertise.
Your job
- Develop AI-powered solutions – You design and build AI agents, Conversational AI, and enterprise AI platforms that create real value for customers
- Select technologies & frameworks – You identify and implement the right AI technologies & frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face) tailored to individual customer needs
- Identify customer needs & support pre-sales processes – You recognize customers’ specific challenges, showcase innovative AI use cases, and develop tailored strategies for successful collaboration
- Optimize RAG applications & AI workflows – You develop and enhance RAG applications and improve information retrieval processes for maximum efficiency
- Drive MLOps & automation – You establish MLOps practices to ensure continuous integration & deployment for machine learning models
- Teamwork & leadership mindset – You collaborate with colleagues from different disciplines, foster knowledge sharing within the AI team, and take on technical leadership responsibilities when needed
What you bring along
- Experience in AI projects & customer consulting – You have proven experience in developing and implementing AI projects and know how to engage clients in pre-sales processes with expertise and strategic insight
- Programming & data processing skills – You are proficient in Python, R, or Java and work confidently with data processing tools such as Pandas, Spark, or SQL
- Retrieval technologies & AI platforms – You have experience with technologies like Lucene, GraphDB, or Vector DB and know how to leverage them effectively
- Machine learning & generative AI – You have a deep understanding of ML, deep learning, NLP, and LLMsand their integration
- Customer focus & strategic thinking – You have a strong sense of customer needs, identify opportunities for AI solutions, and can present them convincingly
- Technical leadership & expertise sharing – You have experience working within an AI team, make well-founded technical decisions, and share your knowledge to foster the team’s professional growth
- Strong communication skills in German & English – You can explain complex AI concepts in a clear and engaging way to both customers and internal teams
