Your career backlog is full, but you're still looking for the right professional home? Have you successfully completed your first projects as a Scrum Master and ideally accompanied various teams? Then we currently have an exciting role for you as a Scrum Master (f/m/d) at AOE.
 
We offer you a working environment in which agile processes are the order of the day - at all levels. This allows you to concentrate fully on your project and your team instead of sensitizing us to agile working. 
Many different personalities come together at AOE: each Scrum Master has a different approach and focus, and the Scrum teams have very different challenges. We learn from each other through regular exchanges and continue to develop ourselves and our processes.
 
If you live in Germany, you are free to choose whether you want to work remotely, in a hybrid working mode or in our beautiful office in Wiesbaden, you decide. However, we welcome your willingness to travel to our office several times a year.

Your job

• You facilitate the relevant Scrum events, support your team in eliminating impediments within the sprints and create the right framework for your team
• You act pragmatically and not dogmatically, take suggestions, concerns, and needs of your team seriously and ensure that the different perspectives and ideas within the team are heard
• You also take responsibility for the project success and are in regular consultation with the customer 
• You support the team in making good decisions in the project, discussing them in a goal-oriented manner and finding compromises 
• You support each team member through targeted feedback and thus create the opportunity for individual development 
• Within an agile learning and working atmosphere, you actively contribute your ideas and exchange ideas with POs, developers, and management
• You enjoy participating both internally at AOE, e.g. in the Scrum Master Community of Practice (CoP), in a regular exchange between Scrum Masters from different teams, and in external networking events such as agile meetups or BarCamps

What you bring along

• You have practical experience as a Scrum Master from various projects and have worked with different teams
• Communication is the be-all and end-all for you - you support your team in working together effectively and creating real customer added value
• You are familiar with the use of agile frameworks and Scrum stands for more than just quoting a Scrum Guide in your eyes
• You help shape the optimization of team and company processes
• You like to share your knowledge and experience at internal and external networking events and are always happy to learn something new and take new impulses with you
• You are business fluent in German and fluent in written and spoken English as well
