Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) part-time, Wiesbaden

We are looking for reinforcement in the area of payroll accounting (m/f/d) part-time. A dedicated specialist who enriches our Finance & Controlling team with specialist knowledge, precision and team spirit.
Hi, we are Christian, Inès, Katja, Marlen, Marzenna and Sandra - the Finance & Controlling team of the AOE Group. If you are interested in taking over the complete payroll accounting independently, contributing your expertise in tax and social security issues and are confident in using tools such as DATEV LODAS and Excel, then we look forward to your support.
With us, you can organize your working hours flexibly. We meet at least once a week in the office, and you are welcome to work remotely the rest of the time.

Your job

• You will independently carry out payroll accounting - taking into account our internal guidelines and current tax and social security regulations
• You take care of the administrative implementation of entries and exits, contract and remuneration changes, transaction data as well as the certification system and the maintenance of master and personnel data
• You are also responsible for company pension schemes - from new contracts to portfolio management
• You create analyses, reports, ad-hoc evaluations and relevant key figures
• You will support the payroll accounting team with monthly and annual financial statements, e.g. preparing salary postings, determining provisions and accruals and reconciling accounts
• You are the contact person for wage tax and social security issues

What you bring along

• Completed commercial training - e.g. as a tax clerk, payroll accountant - or comparable further training (e.g. HR specialist, tax specialist, business economist)
• Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting, ideally in a medium-sized company
• Sound knowledge of current payroll tax and social security law
• Confident handling of DATEV LODAS and very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
• You’re proactive, work in a structured and responsible way, handle information with discretion, and feel just as comfortable working in a team as you do independently. After your onboarding, you take full ownership of your area of responsibility
• Business-fluent German and good command of English, both written and spoken
