Currently, we are looking for support by a Partnerships Development Manager (m/f/d). We are not a typical sales organization but part of an agile software group where quality always wins over quantity and you can design your own workday. Most of our team members use a hybrid work mode and work together in the office in Wiesbaden or remotely, depending on the situation. You shape your partnerships development strategy together with the management.

Your job

  • You will take over the network development of strategic partnerships with system houses, digital agencies, system integrators and distributors and will use both our and your contacts in the network to establish Bare.ID as a solution with our partners
  • You develop and negotiate cooperation and reseller models with our partners and take care of the target-oriented positioning of our service portfolio as well as economic reselling models during networking
  • You look after the partner network, understand their requirements and structures and ensure that the end customers benefit from the offer of our SaaS product as well as from customized IT security and IAM solutions
  • You attend conferences, trade shows and relevant meet-ups to maintain and further expand your network and actively communicate via social media to your network (LinkedIn)
  • You stay up to date with the latest trends and changes in IT security and IAM and understand the resulting customer needs and requirements of our partners
  • You share your expertise in networking and identifying cooperation potentials of your own network within the AOE Group in the context of training courses or workshops

What you bring along

  • You have several years of experience in partnership management and sales of software solutions and services, ideally with a focus on IT security
  • You have your own network of potential partners, know what networking is all about and how to establish long-term cooperation models with partner companies
  • You are eloquent, communicative and result-oriented in dealing with contact persons of the partner network
  • You are proficient in both acquiring new partnerships and maintaining existing ones
  • You are business fluent in German and have a very good command of written and spoken English
  • Most important: You are authentic and yourself! Both in contact outside and inside the Bare.ID and AOE community
