As an n8n Flowgrammer (m/f/d), you are part of our AI Unit and will be the face of our workflow automation initiatives – both within AOE and externally in the Rhine-Main community – and will take on the role of our future n8n Ambassador. You combine technical know-how with strong communication skills, design smart automations, and act as a driver for new ideas in the field of n8n, AI, and business processes.

Your job

Advise clients and colleagues on process automation and AI-first approaches
Build workflows for Sales, Marketing, Support, or offer processes
Contribute your expertise in client meetings, workshops, and community events
Evaluate new n8n features, custom nodes, and workflow templates
Enjoy learning something new every day and experimenting with workflows
Bridge the gap between tech and business by asking the right questions
Represent the Rhine-Main community as an n8n Ambassador with enthusiasm

What you bring along

Ideally, hands-on experience working productively with n8n
Developer background (Python and/or JavaScript), no need to be a “code god,” but confident in working with editors, pipelines, and testing
Curiosity and passion for AI tools, you like to try out new things
Experience working with business processes (e.g. Sales, Support, Marketing)
Confident presence and enthusiasm for engaging with clients and the community
Strong consulting and presentation skills to inspire customers
Excellent communication skills and fluency in German and English
