(junior) Communication Designer / Visual Designer (f/m/d) – Part-time (30h/week), Wiesbaden

As a (junior) Communication Designer (f/m/d) in part-time (30h/week), you’ll be part of a creative environment full of variety. Working closely with our design team as well as colleagues from Marketing and Sales, you’ll turn complex topics into clear, engaging, and visually compelling stories. Whether presentations, marketing materials, or digital formats – your sense of design and storytelling will ensure our brands are professional, memorable, and inspiring.

Your job

• Design presentations for Sales and C-Level – visually striking, easy to follow, and emotionally engaging
• Dive into diverse subject areas and use storytelling to make complex content clear and accessible
• Create marketing assets such as social media content, banners, flyers, and brochures
• Apply and further develop our corporate identity in creative ways
• You support internal projects related to our websites and other initiatives
• Contribute your ideas to UI/UX topics with curiosity and confidence

What you bring along

• A completed degree or vocational training in communication/media design or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in art direction or media design – ideally in an agency or marketing department
• Excellent skills in PowerPoint as well as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Canva, or Webflow
• Strong command of both English and German
• Curiosity and the confidence to challenge the status quo with your own ideas
• A structured, reliable working style and a collaborative mindset
