Fullstack Developer Kotlin / Spring Boot / React (f/m/d), Wiesbaden/Remote

Hey there!
We’re Team 12 – a tight-knit, cross-functional team with a heart for clean code, ownership, and real team spirit. Together, we build innovative solutions for our long-standing client congstar – remote, agile, and with real impact.
You’ll be working alongside Lukas, Andreas, Axel and Dennis on the backend; Simon, Paul, Tom, Frederik and Scott on the frontend; and Andreas in QA. We’re also supported by experienced external testers, several POs and Scrum Masters. Sounds like a lot? It is – and that’s exactly what makes it exciting.

We work in small sub-teams within a larger team setup, tackle challenges collaboratively, and care more about clean code than about strict deadlines. Our dailies are remote, but we also get together every two months in Cologne or Wiesbaden for sprint planning and some quality face-to-face time.

Your job

• You develop backend components using Spring Boot and Kotlin
• You support the team in Continuous Integration and Monitoring
• You also contribute to frontend development with React when needed
• You collaborate closely in an agile SCRUM team with colleagues from backend, frontend, QA and beyond
• You regularly exchange ideas remotely – and meet in person every ~2 months in Cologne or Wiesbaden

What you bring along

• Strong knowledge of Kotlin or another JVM language, and Spring Boot or a similar web framework
• Basic experience in monitoring/alerting (ideally with Prometheus, Grafana) and CI/CD pipelines (ideally GitLab)
• Basic skills and interest in frontend development (ideally React and TypeScript)
• Clean code and unit tests are a given for you
• Openness to new technologies and quick to get up to speed with new topics
• Fluent German skills and good English skills
