Financial Accountant (m/f/d), Wiesbaden

Perfect. Because we are currently facing the exciting task of completely reorganising our financial accounting department and are looking for someone with fire and drive. Your day-to-day job? Full of self-determined work, hand in hand with our CFO, the management and the controlling team, at least two days per week in our office in Wiesbaden. And don't worry, you'll have strong partners at your side every step of the way thanks to our experienced experts from our partner company AOE.

Your job

• You will handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• You issue and check invoices, enter invoices in the IT system (currently DATEV Unternehmen online), carry out payment transactions, assign and book incoming and outgoing invoices
• You create accrued and deferred income and accruals
• You check and process travel expenses
• You take care of intercompany transactions / coordination and collaborate in monthly controlling
• You take care of reports to the tax office: VAT, ZM report, Z4 report and communicate with and are the contact person for the tax advisor

What you bring along

• Commercial Apprenticeship or business studies
• Profound professional experience in financial accounting
• Knowledge of current accounting guidelines
• Knowledge of DATEV and good knowledge of common MS Office programmes, especially very good knowledge of Excel
• Business fluent German and good English skills
• Open and communicative personality
